Our Squads
Maldon Sharks operates a progressive squad structure. Swimmers in the younger squads develop their stroke technique, improve their stamina and speed, working to develop through the club.
Attendance at mini-league and galas provides swimmers with experience competing against other local clubs where recorded times can qualify to swim at Essex County Championship events. From there swimmers can access entry into Regional and National events.
Progression from one squad to the next will be at the discretion of the Head Coach, considering training attendance, gala attendance, overall performance, and training ethic.
