Any concerns or complaint should be raised at the time directly with the Coaching Team, or a member of the Club Committee, who will endeavour to resolve the matter.
If the matter cannot be resolved, a Complaints Form will be provided to initiate a formal process in accordance with Swim England Judicial Regulations.
